ProTag 1.0

The first version of ProTag is out now! Visit http://services.bio.ifi.lmu.de/prothesaurus/. If you encounter any problems or you have found a bug please send an email to prothesaurus_at_bio.ifi.lmu.de. Or send us your feature requests and suggestions to improve ProTag. I will put it on my (huge) list ;-). The next major updates will provide better documentation and an improved support for adding custom verbs and for configuration of verbs. There is also the plan to use XML as configuration store instead of the registry.
