ProTag 1.3

New features in ProTag 1.3:

• Recommend ProTag-Verb: Send a link to ProTag via Email.

Changes in ProThesaurus, BeThesaurus and LiMB:

• Multi-References are disabled so that the Web Service methods return SOAP messages with hierarchical XML data that contains no references. This change was necessary to be compliant with the WS-I recommendation. However the WSDL has not changed.
