BioWeka 0.1

The first release of BioWeka provides a FastaSequenceLoader and a FastaSequenceSaver class to load or to save FASTA files into or from Weka or to convert them into or from the ARFF format. In addition a XslXmlLoader class is provided to convert XML files into the ARFF format and to load them into Weka. The XML-Stylesheets subproject offers some stylesheets which can be used in conjunction with the XslXmlLoader class.
